Terms of service

Purchases from the GES Art House are governed by our Terms of Sale, including the withdrawal notice for made-to-order goods: https://www.globalequine.co/art/terms. In short: every piece is painted for you from your photograph, which you send after checkout; you approve a positioning draft before painting starts; pieces from EUR 1,000 are paid with a 50 percent deposit and the balance before shipping; the balance is due within 14 days of the finished-piece photo, after which the deposit is kept; every piece is personalised and excluded from the right of withdrawal.
